Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Contract Length: 12 Months

Languages: English Required

Location: 2 Days On site in London, United Kingdom

Utilisation: 40 Hours Per Week

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the development of custom Salesforce applications and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within a CI/CD environment.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development work and system configurations.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and internal systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (preferred).
• Experience with:
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
  • Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization.
