We are looking for a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to help support and enhance our NetSuite environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing and configuring NetSuite solutions to meet our business needs, integrating with other systems, and providing technical support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and modify saved searches, reports, dashboards and KPI’s, as required.

· Create and manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, dashboard, forms and other customizations.

· Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into NetSuite configurations.

· Develop and execute test plans, UAT, and end-user training.

· Responsible for the management of documentation of key operational processes.

· Troubleshooting of issues between NetSuite and third party solutions, specifically related to billing.

· Ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices and industry standards.

· Participate in the development and implementation of NetSuite-related projects.

About you - what we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementations or functional consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules and business process design.
  • Experience with P2P, O2C and R2R processes.
  • Comfortable in creating and testing processes, documentation development and end-user training.
  • The ability to collate and report on large sets of data in a methodical and clear manner
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger and reporting
  • A combined skillset of technical, business and financial capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions, locations and seniority.
  • The ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Confident to troubleshoot and problem solve adhoc issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
