Product Trainer
Here at GoFind Recruitment, we are proud to be representing an industry leading and award winning Communication Systems business in their search for a talented and passionate Product Advisor to join their technology team, fully based at their offices in Kirkham.
You will be responsible for understanding and addressing the training needs of their clients and staff. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs (both virtual and in-person) tailored to ensure that all users feel confident and empowered in using the businesses software solutions. You will work closely with their management and IT teams to ensure training effectiveness and contribute to new software releases and updates.

Roles & Responsibilities (But not limited to):
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice on our range of communication systems to clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Design and conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for clients and staff, ensuring all users understand the software solutions.
- Support the sales process by presenting and demonstrating system features, benefits, and applications.
- Conduct product consultations, needs assessments, and solution-mapping for client projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.
- Keep up to date with new product developments, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Train and support customers in product usage, providing troubleshooting and post-sales support where needed.
- Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and improvements.
- Represent the business at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
- Work alongside IT and management teams to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of communication systems / technology solutions (mass notification systems, audio-visual, digital comms, or related).
- Proven experience in a product advisory, technical sales, or solutions consultant role.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex systems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving ability and consultative approach to client needs.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales cycles.
- IT literate with proficiency in presentation tools.
