the UK. Our mission is to empower retailers to move beyond saturated SMS/Email channels
and build genuine, high-value relationships via WhatsApp—focusing on driving retention and
skyrocketing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Account Executive to be the foundation of
our UK growth. As an AE, you will focus on the "Bottom of Funnel"—expertly qualifying
opportunities and closing the deals that will define our footprint in the British market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Execution
● End-to-End Deal Management: Lead prospects through the full sales cycle, from
initial discovery and product demos to handling objections and final contract
negotiation. Deal sources include self-gen, partner referrals, events and SDR leads.
● Proposal Development: Craft tailored presentations, business cases, and proposals
that demonstrate clear value and impact for UK retailers.
● Lead Qualification: Rigorously assess prospects for genuine need, budget, and
authority to maintain a high-quality, high-velocity sales pipeline.
● Relationship Nurturing: Build deep rapport with key stakeholders and
decision-makers, educating them on the transformative power of WhatsApp
marketing.
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
● Strategic Research: Deep-dive into the UK eCommerce landscape to identify key
accounts and buyer personas, focus on brands with between 1-10 million revenue.
● Multi-Channel Outreach: Generate new opportunities through strategic cold calling,
social selling (LinkedIn), and targeted email cadences.
● Market Networking: Attend industry events and trade shows to network, identify
leads, and act as a brand ambassador in the UK.
● CRM Excellence: Maintain impeccable records in HubSpot to ensure accurate
forecasting and data-driven sales strategies.
Who You Are
● Experienced: 1+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, Tech, or MarTech preferred).
● Resilient & High-Energy: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a
high level of activity to drive results.
● Articulate: You are a master communicator who can simplify complex tech concepts
into compelling value propositions.
● Active Listener: You have the ability to identify subtle pain points and "compelling
events" to position as a mission-critical solution.
● Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
