AI Solutions Apprentice
Launch a career in AI consulting with an Oracle NetSuite and Celigo partner. You will learn how to work out what a business really needs, build governed AI tools around its own data and processes, and be honest when AI is not the answer, all while studying for a Level 4 apprenticeship alongside real customer projects.
Role
- Sit in on customer workshops and discovery sessions, learning to ask the awkward questions and work out what a business actually needs
- Help build AI tools against a customer's own data and processes, following GoLive's delivery method, playbook and prompting framework
- Write specifications, process documentation and progress notes that customers can act on
- Work with data using SQL, Excel, Power BI or Python, and test ideas rather than assuming they work
- Support experienced consultants on live engagements, including travel to customer sites across the UK
- Follow GoLive's data protection rules, including approved tools only, restricted access and human checks on everything before it reaches a customer
- Take part in quarterly reviews with your line manager and technical mentor
Training
You will study a Level 4 apprenticeship on day release, with the training hours built into your paid working week. Expect coursework, reading and assignments in your own time too, including some evenings around deadlines. GoLive will also fund certifications, including the Claude Certified Architect route and NetSuite certification where relevant.
You will finish with a Level 4 qualification, funded certifications and real experience on customer engagements, with early responsibility on a service that is growing and direct exposure to customer sponsors and Super Users.
