We are now hiring an experienced IFS Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
The Role
As an IFS Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Focus exclusively on the IFS ERP market
- Build long-term relationships with IFS consultants, project managers, solution architects and technical specialists
- Partner with IFS consultancies and end users on both permanent and contract hiring
- Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, or specialise in BD
- Generate new business within your territory
- Deliver high-quality shortlists, not volume CV blasts
- Become a recognised specialist within your IFS sub-market
You will work in a high-trust, high-performance environment where results are rewarded and autonomy is expected.
Markets & Territories
Depending on your language skills and experience, you may cover:
- UK
- France
- DACH region
- Nordics
- Benelux
- North America
- APAC
Territories are defined clearly, with room to expand as you grow.

What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Recruitment experience (ERP, IT, or specialist tech markets preferred)
- Strong business development ability
- Confidence running client calls and closing fees
- Commercial mindset
- High standards and attention to detail
- Ambition to grow within a scaling business
Highly Desirable:
- Experience recruiting within IFS ERP
- Existing IFS candidate or client network
- Multilingual capability (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Polish, etc.)
- Contract recruitment experience
Compensation & Commission
- Competitive base salary (depending on location and experience)
- No threshold
