Job Title: IFS ERP Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead the delivery of a business-critical IFS ERP implementation across our organisation. This role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation aligned with strategic business objectives.
This is a client-side leadership role where you will take ownership of governance, delivery coordination, stakeholder alignment, and programme outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the IFS ERP implementation programme
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Act as the primary interface between the business and implementation partner(s)
- Coordinate internal business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, and IT
- Ensure alignment between project deliverables and organisational transformation goals
- Establish project governance structures and reporting frameworks
- Manage RAID logs and escalation processes
- Support change management and business readiness activities
- Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, and deployment readiness
- Ensure successful cutover planning and go-live execution
- Track project performance against KPIs and milestones
- Support post-go-live stabilisation activities
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering IFS ERP implementations (IFS Cloud preferred)
- Strong background managing enterprise-scale transformation programmes
- Experience working on the client / end-user side of ERP implementations
- Demonstrated ability coordinating with system integrators and third-party vendors
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of ERP delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
- Experience managing budgets and programme reporting at steering committee level
Preferred Experience
- Experience delivering projects within Construction Or Manufacturing Industries
- Exposure to multiple IFS modules such as:
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Manufacturing
- Projects
- Service Management
- Asset Management
- Prince2, PMP, or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting organisational change and adoption initiatives
