Job Title: IFS ERP Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead the delivery of a business-critical IFS ERP implementation across our organisation. This role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation aligned with strategic business objectives.

This is a client-side leadership role where you will take ownership of governance, delivery coordination, stakeholder alignment, and programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the IFS ERP implementation programme
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Act as the primary interface between the business and implementation partner(s)
  • Coordinate internal business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, and IT
  • Ensure alignment between project deliverables and organisational transformation goals
  • Establish project governance structures and reporting frameworks
  • Manage RAID logs and escalation processes
  • Support change management and business readiness activities
  • Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, and deployment readiness
  • Ensure successful cutover planning and go-live execution
  • Track project performance against KPIs and milestones
  • Support post-go-live stabilisation activities

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering IFS ERP implementations (IFS Cloud preferred)
  • Strong background managing enterprise-scale transformation programmes
  • Experience working on the client / end-user side of ERP implementations
  • Demonstrated ability coordinating with system integrators and third-party vendors
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder groups
  • Strong understanding of ERP delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
  • Experience managing budgets and programme reporting at steering committee level

Preferred Experience

  • Experience delivering projects within Construction Or Manufacturing Industries
  • Exposure to multiple IFS modules such as:
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing
  • Projects
  • Service Management
  • Asset Management
  • Prince2, PMP, or equivalent certification
  • Experience supporting organisational change and adoption initiatives
