The Role
As Chief Revenue Officer, you'll lead Goaco's revenue strategy across the UK and Middle East, driving sustainable growth through innovation, strategic partnerships, and client success. You'll oversee sales, marketing, commercial operations, bid and proposal management, and account expansion-bridging Government, Defence, and Private sector opportunities.
This is a pivotal role for a leader who can combine commercial acumen with a consultative, values-led approach-building trust through insight, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Goaco's multi-market revenue strategy across UK and Middle East portfolios.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the business development and bid teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, with a focus on government and regulated sectors.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing models, and bid governance.
- Identify new market opportunities-particularly across digital identity, cloud, cyber, and managed service offerings.
- Work with delivery and technical leads to align sales propositions with client needs and GDS/CDDO standards.
- Represent Goaco at executive engagements, conferences, and industry forums in the UK and GCC.
- Champion value creation, innovation, and customer success as part of Goaco's leadership team.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven success leading commercial and revenue functions within technology or consultancy environments.
- Deep understanding of UK Public Sector frameworks (CCS, DOS, G-Cloud, TS4, RM6190) and procurement cycles.
- Experience scaling operations and partnerships across GCC markets-particularly UAE, KSA, or Qatar.
- Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L, pipeline forecasting, and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with delivery teams, C-level clients, and government stakeholders.
- Gravitas, integrity, and resilience-able to inspire teams and lead with clarity across diverse markets.
