Junior AV Engineer

A growing audio visual and technology solutions provider working across audio visual, network infrastructure and electrical installations is looking for a Junior AV Engineer to join their team. The role involves nationwide travel to support installations in a variety of environments including retail, hospitality, stadia and corporate sites.

You will be working with experienced engineers on high profile projects and will need to be flexible with your working hours, as the job often includes early starts from around 4am to 6am to meet client schedules and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the installation and commissioning of audio visual and related technology systems
• Supporting senior engineers on site
• Basic fault finding, testing and system checks
• Ensuring tools, equipment and vehicles are maintained to a high standard

Requirements:

• A keen interest in AV, technology, IT or electrical systems
• Some hands on experience, whether from work, college courses or personal projects
• Comfortable travelling regularly and working early starts
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to work across the UK
