PLM Process Specialist - Teamcenter

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced PLM Process & Systems Specialist to provide hands-on support for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and the Siemens Teamcenter system. This role will support engineering programmes by ensuring effective planning, deployment, configuration, and ongoing operation of Teamcenter (Active Workspace and Desktop). The role is onsite in Bristol and requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and programme teams, including face-to-face user support and training.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, deployment, configuration, and enhancement of Siemens Teamcenter PLM systems
- Deliver end-user training and hands-on guidance to engineers and stakeholders
- Support the rollout and adoption of standardised PLM processes across the organisation
- Provide user access control and account administration, including role-based access and audits
- Deliver L1-L3 support, including:
- L1: Service desk support, access requests, ticket triage, initial troubleshooting
- L2: System training, issue resolution, integration error investigation, and process support
- L3: Escalation to platform vendors or infrastructure teams as required
- Coordinate and implement system configuration changes and capability enhancements, including testing, verification, and validation
- Develop, maintain, and publish system reports and programme dashboards
- Maintain user documentation and internal web content related to Teamcenter
- Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, supporting mitigation planning and continuous improvement
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including Active Workspace and Desktop
- Solid understanding of PLM principles, design processes, and data management
- Experience supporting configuration management, design, test, and manufacturing procedures
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver work independently
- Proven ability to build effective internal working relationships
- BPSS clearance required; candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain SC clearance
- This role requires onsite working to support face-to-face collaboration and training
- Occasional travel may be required to deliver training during initial system rollout
- Due to security requirements, this role is open to UK nationals only
