Salary: £45,000-£65,000 DOE

We’re growing fast and looking for Junior and Mid-Level Python Engineers who are passionate about code, creativity, and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining scalable backend services in Python to support content delivery, analytics, and engagement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, and creative tech to bring bold ideas to life
• Contributing to microservices architecture and API integrations across platforms
• Writing clean, efficient, and testable code in a fast-paced environment
• Continuously learning and growing as part of a supportive, dynamic team

Tech You’ll Use

• Languages: Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud: AWS / GCP
• Bonus: Familiarity with front-end tech (React/TypeScript), media delivery systems, or machine learning pipelines

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of professional experience working with Python
• Solid understanding of backend fundamentals, APIs, and data structures
• A love for solving real-world problems through technology
• Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and collaborate
• Experience in media, entertainment, or creative industries is a plus (but not required!)
