I am recuiting for a Senior Software Implementation Consultant on behalf of a US based global client who are a leaders in software solutions for the packaging industry.

As a Senior Software Implementation Consultant you will play a pivotal role in the Professional Services team, leading or supporting the implementation of enterprise software solutions for clients across the manufacturing and packaging sectors. This position demands strong consultative capabilities, comprehensive product expertise, and the ability to drive customer success through effective implementation strategies.

As a Senior Software Implementation Consultant you should be comfortable working both on-site and virtually across one or more client engagements. Throughout the project lifecycle, responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, software configuration, process documentation, end-user training, troubleshooting, and go-live support for customer facilities.

Senior Software Implementation Consultant Responsibilities:

• Lead and support software implementation projects in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to understand client needs and project scope.

• Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.

• Deliver training to end users and administrators on solution functionality and best practices.

• Support software testing and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for client and internal purposes.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Professional Services team to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

• Mentor junior consultants and provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

• Support internal initiatives such as sales enablement, knowledge base development, and standard operating procedure enhancements.

• Maintain an average billable utilization rate of 80% or higher.

Senior Software Implementation Consultant Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the packaging, corrugated box, or folding carton manufacturing industry.

• Proven experience with implementing enterprise application software.

• Familiarity with one or more packaging or manufacturing industry solutions.

• Prior success within a professional services or consulting organization.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Demonstrated customer service orientation and responsiveness.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Willingness to grow into leadership or expanded functional roles.
