Business Analyst
The Business Analyst (BA) will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's digital transformation and technology initiatives.
The BA will work across multiple projects to gather and analyse business requirements, support the development of solutions that meet business needs, and ensure the successful delivery of technology-enabled business changes.
The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
This is a unique opportunity for a Business Analyst working from home full time (35 hours) to combine professional growth with work that truly matters. There will be some frequent visits to the Manchester office when required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements.
- Working closely with internal colleagues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the organisation.
- Provide support to project managers by facilitating requirements gathering sessions.
- Assist with project portfolio management.
To succeed in this role you will have the following:- Relevant Degree or equivalent for example Computer Science, PRINCE 2 or Agile Certifications or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and the role of technology in driving business change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
