Our client is building an AI-native hiring platform designed to transform recruitment workflows for recruiters.
By unifying jobs, candidates, and leads into one intelligent system, the platform helps reduce admin, improve candidate experience, and bring more structure, speed, and consistency to hiring. Built to solve the inefficiencies caused by fragmented tools and disconnected workflows, the product enables recruiters to work in a more connected, scalable, and human-centred way.
With a strong focus on workflow efficiency, lower bias, and better candidate engagement, our client is building technology that augments recruiters rather than replacing them.
Our client is looking for a Technical Co-Founder to help lead the next phase of product development and scale.
This is a remote role, available on either a part-time or full-time basis, for someone excited by the opportunity to build an ambitious AI-enabled product from an early stage.
The successful candidate will take a leading role in shaping the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of the platform, while working closely with the founder on long-term product and company direction.
This role would suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on building with technical leadership, product thinking, and startup ownership.
- Lead the technical vision, architecture, and development of the platform
- Build, refine, and scale product functionality across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Work closely with the founder to translate commercial and product goals into technical execution
- Improve system performance, usability, reliability, and scalability
- Help shape and implement AI-driven product features in a practical, commercially valuable way
- Support and guide technical contributors as the team evolves
- Establish strong engineering standards, processes, and decision-making frameworks
- Strong interest in AI and its potential to solve meaningful technical and workflow challenges
- Proven experience building scalable, user-centric software products or SaaS platforms
- Strong frontend skills in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Strong backend skills in Python and FastAPI
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership in building, managing, or guiding technical teams
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with ambiguity, pace, and ownership
- Experience in HR tech or recruitment technology
- Experience with LLM-based products, AI workflows, or agentic systems
- Experience designing systems for scale, monitoring, and secure data handling
- Previous startup experience would be an advantage
