AI Operations Specialist
Turn inefficient processes into smart, AI-powered workflows. This role sits within an operational excellence function, identifying friction in day-to-day work and deploying practical automations that deliver measurable productivity gains.
What you’ll do
- Analyse workflows to identify opportunities for AI automation
- Build and deploy AI solutions (e.g., Gemini “Gems”, low/no-code tools)
- Develop high-quality prompts and reusable automation frameworks
- Lead rollout, documentation, and user training
- Measure impact through data (time saved, error reduction, speed)
- Promote AI adoption and coach teams on new tools
What you’ll bring
- Analytical mindset with strong logical problem-solving skills
- Experience with prompt engineering and data preparation
- Comfort with Google Workspace and low/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, AppSheet, Power Apps)
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-focused approach
- Interest in AI, automation, and operational improvement
