c.£80k + bonus
I’m working on a Business Intelligence Manager role with a growing London-based business.
This is a hands-on BI leadership role in a small team, with a roughly 50/50 split between delivery and management. It would suit someone who enjoys building, leading workstreams and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end BI and reporting delivery
- Manage and develop a small BI team
- Translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions
- Own BI workstreams from requirements through to deployment
- Build dashboards, reporting and data models
- Help shape the BI roadmap, including future analytics and AI capability
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business
- Improve reporting capability, data quality and user adoption
Background and skills needed
- Experience in a hands-on BI leadership role
- Strong Power BI, SQL / T-SQL and Microsoft Fabric experience
- Good background in data warehousing and Star Schema modelling
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading or mentoring analysts / developers
- Comfortable balancing delivery with team and workstream leadership
- Commercial, proactive and able to work at pace
- Python helpful but not essential
