London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | £75k - £85k DOE + Bonus & Benefits

I'm working with an international organisation that is going through an exciting period of transformation and is looking to hire a Change Manager to join their growing team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys helping businesses navigate change — from improving processes and introducing new technology, through to supporting teams as they adapt to new ways of working.

You’ll work across a range of transformation initiatives, partnering with project teams and business stakeholders to make sure changes are communicated clearly, understood by employees and successfully embedded across the organisation.

The role will involve:

• Supporting business transformation projects from planning through to implementation
• Helping teams understand the impact of upcoming changes and preparing them for transition
• Developing communications and engagement plans
• Supporting training activities and gathering feedback from users
• Working with stakeholders across different areas of the business
• Identifying challenges and helping teams overcome barriers to successful change
• Travel 20% of the time

What they’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ experience in change management, transformation or organisational change
• Experience supporting technology-enabled change projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business users
• Experience working within complex, international or multi-site organisations

Experience across areas such as ERP, digital transformation, systems implementation or process improvement would be beneficial.
