FP&A Manager

This strategic FP&A Manager role sits at the heart of that journey. You will work closely with senior leadership to build scalable reporting frameworks, deliver data led insights, and shape financial performance across multiple markets. With significant exposure to M&A, modelling, and advanced analytics, this is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic global scale up and make a visible impact from day one.

Please note this role is 5 days a week in the office, which is based in West London.

Skills/experience required

• Qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent) with strong FP&A foundations
• Experience in private equity, fast growth, or highly acquisitive environments
• Strong understanding of TMT or subscriber based or SaaS models and related FP&A metrics
• Proven capability in integrated 3 statement modelling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Power BI proficiency and strong systems understanding, ideally with experience as a super user or system rollout lead (Workday beneficial)

Main responsibilities

• Lead the development and standardisation of global FP&A reporting packs, integrating key financial and subscriber driven KPIs
• Build, automate, and maintain driver based financial models including 3 statement, scenario, and business case models
• Create data led insights through dashboards and visualisations, enabling self service reporting across the business
• Partner with data, BI, and finance teams to enhance systems, automate processes, and embed robust governance and version control
• Act as a key FP&A contact for Group functions and support M&A activity, monthly cycles, and broader transformation initiatives
