Head of Digital Transformation

We're seeking an experienced Head of Digital Transformation to lead the delivery of organisational wide change that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. This senior role will drive the transformation of services through the Salesforce platform, lead the move away from legacy systems and shape modern, efficient ways of working across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery to create tangible improvements in customer experience and organisational performance at scale.

We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. We employ a talented workforce of nearly 1,000 people.

Duties include:

  • Lead a team to deliver the digital transformation of services using the Salesforce platform. Continuously develop and support solutions that improve the customer experience as well as enable efficiencies across the organisation.
  • Manage, develop and support specialised housing related systems for housing management, finance, workforce scheduling and asset management.
  • Develop effective processes for the agile delivery of customer focused solutions that can evidence tangible benefits.
  • Support the overall IT portfolio of projects with programme management, business analysis and project management.
  • Contribute to the ICT Senior Management Team to continuously drive service improvement and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Contribute to the organisations Senior Leadership Team to support in delivery of the corporate strategy.
  • Act as ICT business partner for the designated service area of Incommunities.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering digital transformation leadership
  • Previous experience in complex ICT Infrastructure development and management
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a complex project from origin to conclusion.
  • A passion for efficiency.
  • Previous experience in managing others.  You may also possess a relevant qualification in management.
  • Previous experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
  • Right to Work in the UK - Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process - Criminal Conviction Checks
