IT Business Systems Analyst
We're looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to deliver advanced, specialist support across our corporate and housing systems, working at the heart of our organisation to ensure reliable, high-quality services for both internal teams and external customers. From managing complex applications and technical projects to collaborating on new system development, this role is key to keeping our technology robust, secure and future-ready.

We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. We employ a talented workforce of nearly 1,000 people.

Duties include:
- Provide a comprehensive and efficient Systems Support service, including the support and administration of Incommunities corporate application systems.
- Deliver advanced and specialist support of all Incommunities specialist housing systems, including Capita Open Housing, Advanced Open Accounts, DRS, Sage X3.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to Incommunities internal and external customers.
- Participate in the evaluation, feasibility, design and implementation of computerised management systems.
- Work closely with the Development and Business Intelligence Teams in specification and testing of all newly developed applications.
- Manage technical projects to develop, implement and maintain corporate application systems.
- Assist the ICT Service Delivery Manager in devising and implementing standards, conventions and procedures.
- Provide systems support and instructions to officers on-site and via the ICT Service Desk.
- Assist operational units to evaluate and deploy new technology and techniques and to implement appropriate ICT policies and strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience of development, support and administration of complex housing systems
- Knowledge of computer system problem solving, fault diagnosis and resolution
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Experience of testing and documenting systems and processes
- Experience of delivering excellent customer focused support
- Experience of training or supporting users in the use of ICT Systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office
- Right to work in the UK, visa sponsorship isn't available.
- A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process - Criminal Conviction Checks
