Repairs Administrator - Part-time
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Repairs Administrator to join our team in Blackburn. In this role you will support the smooth running of our Repairs function. This vital role provides administrative and operational support across the group.

Working Pattern: The 24 hours can be worked over either 4 or 5 days, depending on the successful candidate's preference and service requirements.
For example, this could be:
- 6 hours per day over 4 days, or
- Spread across 5 days in an alternative arrangement.
The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate.
Requirements
Outline of key responsibilities for the Repairs Administrator...- To providing and carrying out administrative support to the Repairs team across the group.
- To be responsible for recording, maintaining and managing, timely and accurately the updating of information into ICT systems, including but not exhaustively invoice matching, raising EBIS orders, updating QL with completion and SOR information, saving to Documotive, updating various Portals including Lex, Masternaut, Wolseley and workwear supplier.
- To order and co-ordinate delivery of workwear including all associated tasks for users across the group for Repairs. Ensuring the right garment is ordered and delivered within agreed SLA timescales and is delivered right first time.
- To order, raise and arrange (via a FM helpdesk) repairs for THG offices across the group including liaising with colleagues and other services areas and contractors as necessary to ensure the repairs are carried out within agreed timescales.
- To liaise with colleagues, contractors and managers to support the resolution of any issues that require specialist expertise including ordering goods, services and supplies and facilitating delivery/access as necessary.
- To co-ordinate the collection and updating of contractor information into QL.
- To provide support of the running and maintenance of the fleet, including day to day management and maintenance of fuel cards, spot hire vehicles, processing of fines, maintenance of the telematics and leaseholder portals, producing reports to support managers/colleagues, maintaining the master spreadsheet of all fleet vehicle information, verifying and processing of invoices, raising EBIS orders for repairs.
- To provide day to day support for the material contract, including uploading of weekly file data, producing performance and financial information, maintenance of the material portal with leavers and starters information and top users, handling queries raised by team.
- Experience of working within an administrative environment.
- Experience of using ICT systems to input data, analyse and interpret data, and provide performance data.
- Experience of organising and planning own workload, with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and keep others informed of progress.
- Excellent communication skills sufficient to liaise with staff, contractors and customers over the telephone, face to face, and individually.
