About us

We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. We employ a talented workforce of nearly 1,000 people.

Duties include:

  • Work with IT Project Analysts and subject matter experts to create, test, continuously improve and support Salesforce processes inline with best practice policies.
  • Provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
  • Maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder) to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor system performance, support any scheduled maintenance, and stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates to implement new features and ensure platform stability.

Requirements

  • Experience of Salesforce administration.
  • Experience of working with customers to deliver technology change, demonstrating strong communications skills as well as the ability to be able to determine how best to meet the customers needs.
  • Demonstratable problem solving skills and analytical thinking that show how you translate customer requirements into an effective Salesforce solution.
  • Attention to detail and data integrity, ensuring high-quality data management practices and adherence to data governance standards.
  • A proactive approach to learning, staying current with Salesforce updates and continuously seeking opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Minimum of 2 days per week in the office - dependent on project delivery.
  • Right to work in the UK, visa sponsorship isn't available.

A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process - Criminal Conviction Checks
