Senior Project Manager - Actuarial Transformation

Job Description

• Senior Project Manager – Financial Services Transformation London | Contract | Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a significant finance transformation and process optimisation programme within a major financial services organisation. This is a hands-on senior delivery role, requiring someone who can take ownership of complex, multi-workstream change and bring structure, pace and clarity to delivery. You will be responsible for:
  • Owning the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path and dependencies
  • Managing RAID, governance and senior stakeholder reporting
  • Coordinating multiple business and technology workstreams
  • Driving process improvement, efficiency and operating model change
  • Identifying delivery risks and resolving blockers
  • Ensuring clear accountability across stakeholders and workstream leads
  • Supporting business readiness and successful implementation

Essential experience

• Significant Project / Programme Management experience within Financial Services is essential
• Proven track record operating at Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager level
• Experience delivering complex business and process transformation programmes
• Strong planning, governance, RAID and dependency management skills
• Comfortable working with senior executives and challenging stakeholders where required

Desirable experience

• Insurance / Reinsurance experience
• Experience working with Finance or Actuarial teams on transformation, efficiency, process optimisation or operating model programmes
• JIRA experience
