Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (Depending on Experience)

What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of large, complex digital and web development projects—from brief to launch.
- Acting as a senior partner to clients: shaping scopes, supporting pitches, and deepening long-term relationships.
- Working closely with agency leadership to onboard new projects and support growth across the business.
- Guiding and motivating Digital Client Managers and freelance specialists.
- Owning project commercials—budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring strong profitability across accounts.
- Reporting on performance, KPIs and learnings, and identifying opportunities to optimise.
What you'll bring
- Expert project management skills across a range of platforms, technologies, and delivery approaches.
- Confident leadership—able to inspire internal teams and external partners while managing multiple projects at pace.
- Strong technical grounding: understanding development workflows and CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco), and communicating technical detail simply.
- Senior-level client management skills, with the ability to build trusted, strategic relationships.
- Solid UX and design knowledge, enabling effective collaboration with design teams.
- Analytic ability with hands-on experience using GA, GTM, and performance measurement tools.
- Fluency with digital tools including Trello, Jira, Confluence, Figma and Adobe XD.
- Calm, constructive problem-solving—especially under pressure.
- Strong commercial awareness around forecasting, budgeting and profitability.
