About Gotmoves Gotmoves is building the agentic operating system for vehicle logistics.

We run end-to-end vehicle deliveries with a 98% success rate, coordinating hundreds of movements each month through a fully automated scheduling and execution platform. We replace fragmented, manual coordination with software that plans, assigns, and manages deliveries in real time.

We are early, growing quickly, and backed by experienced operators who have built and scaled their last business to £40m revenue and 150 staff. Our ambition is to become the default infrastructure layer for vehicle movement globally.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to be the first FT commercial hire at a venture-backed, high-growth logistics tech company. As Founding Head of Sales, you'll own the entire revenue motion, from building our go-to-market strategy to personally closing our most important accounts. You'll shape how Gotmoves sells, who we sell to, and how we scale a world-class sales team. You'll report directly to the CEO and have a direct line into product, operations, and strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales motion — build the playbook, define the process, and personally carry a quota from day one
  • Be the first boots on the ground — prospect, engage, and close deals across our ICP: car dealerships, vehicle platforms, corporate fleets (AA, RAC), and rental & leasing providers
  • Build and lead a team — hire, onboard, and develop a sales team as we scale
  • Drive fact-finding as much as selling — deeply understand what matters to each customer segment and feed insights back into the business
  • Manage pipeline in Attio — structure our CRM, build cadences, and bring rigour to forecasting and reporting
  • Work alongside our AI stack — leverage Apollo, Attio, and AI-assisted outbound/inbound tooling to build a modern, efficient sales engine
  • Collaborate with the CEO — co-develop pricing strategy, account segmentation, and long-term commercial growth plans
Who You Are
  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience , with a consistent track record of personally carrying and exceeding quota
  • Proven team builder — you've hired, coached, and led sales teams, and you know what good looks like
  • Hunter mentality — you're energised by opening new accounts, not just managing existing ones
  • Operationally sharp — you can build a CRM from scratch, design a sales process, and hold a team accountable to it
  • A natural closer with consultative instincts — you know when to push and when to listen
  • Comfortable in early-stage environments — you thrive with ambiguity, move fast, and build as you go
  • Industry exposure a bonus — experience in operationally complex businesses, consulting or marketplace businesses is highly valued but not essential
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary - Competitive

OTE (Target) £100,000

Commission Structure Uncapped — exceed quota, earn more

Equity Available for the right candidate

Reporting Line Direct to CEO

Location UK-based, hybrid, travel to office in Midlands as required as well as customer sites.
