Clinical Product Lead

Our Product Lead will take ownership of the vision, strategy and delivery of the digital products that underpin hospital care across Jersey. From emergency and critical care through to medical and surgical services, you’ll shape how technology supports clinicians and staff every day, ensuring systems are safe, effective and truly aligned to the needs of patients.

Operating at a senior leadership level, you’ll lead a team of Hospital Digital Leads while working closely with clinicians, operational leaders and partners across the system. You’ll drive the evolution of core platforms such as the Electronic Patient Record, influence major investment decisions, and ensure digital solutions are embedded into practice in a way that delivers real, measurable change.

This is a role with genuine scale and visibility, where you’ll bring together strategy, delivery and people leadership to improve patient safety, experience and outcomes across the Island. You’ll be part of an ambitious, collaborative Digital Health directorate with the backing and opportunity to shape the future of hospital care through digital innovation.
