The Role

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing servers, networks, backups, storage, telephony, and client hardware
• Ensuring security compliance, including patch management, vulnerability scanning, and system hardening
• Maintaining and updating configuration and documentation for smooth IT operations
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting to assist business users
• Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver effective IT solutions
• Contributing to business continuity management, ensuring systems remain secure and resilient

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in a business IT environment, with knowledge of:

• MS Windows Server & Desktop
• Microsoft 365 – Security & Compliance
• Storage Systems / Platforms
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Systems management and monitoring platforms
