The Opportunity
Working closely with development teams, product stakeholders, and wider business functions, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high quality software and web-based solutions.
The position combines technical product ownership, stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and business analysis, offering broad exposure across product strategy, sprint planning, solution design, and roadmap execution.
You will help translate business requirements into clearly defined technical specifications and user stories, ensuring development teams are aligned on priorities, delivery expectations, and product outcomes.
The Role
- Managing and prioritising the product sprint backlog
- Translating business and customer requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Working closely with software development teams within an Agile environment
- Supporting sprint planning, release planning, and stakeholder workshops
- Defining acceptance criteria and technical solution requirements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve business systems and digital solutions
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities across product delivery
- Supporting product releases, documentation, and continuous product improvement
- Helping shape product roadmap priorities alongside key business stakeholders
- Ensuring delivery against quality, value, and business objectives driven solutions
Your Qualities and Experience
- Experience operating within a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Product role
- Experience working closely with software development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
- Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements
- Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and changing priorities
- Experience within web, SaaS, or software solution environments
- Technical understanding of software and data driven solutions
