This role gives you full control over your success — you'll run the entire recruitment process from business development through to placing candidates in high-demand roles. ✓ Be comfortable making outbound calls and winning business
✓ Be London-based or willing to relocate
✓ Be ambitious — earnings and progression depend on personal results
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Winning new business through outreach, pitching and relationship-building
- Researching market trends and identifying client hiring needs
- Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates through hiring processes
- Becoming a subject-matter expert in Web3 and blockchain talent markets
- Working towards fast progression to senior and team-lead positions
- Representing the business at major global crypto and tech events
What Success Looks Like
- Promotion within your first 6 months based on revenue performance
- Six-figure earnings achievable by year 3
- Mentoring others in year 1 and leading a team by year 3
- International travel opportunities to high-profile industry events
Compensation & Rewards
- £26,000 base + uncapped commission
- Up to 40% commission bracket (no thresholds — you earn from your first deal)
