About the Graduate Programme

The client is offering a 12-month Graduate Software Engineer programme within their TRIPS division, an area dedicated to expanding their platform from a single-product business into a multi-product, personalised travel ecosystem. This programme equips graduates with the technical and professional foundations needed to meaningfully contribute to the evolution of their global travel services.

Participants join the organisation as permanent employees and work within teams that design and deliver the services powering property search, availability, and customer experience. Graduates receive structured support, including a mentor, a comprehensive onboarding bootcamp, and two rotations across engineering teams, providing exposure to best-in-class engineering practices at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions
  • Support the full lifecycle of assigned projects

  • Participate in refining engineering processes and standards
  • Produce clear, accessible documentation for users and internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field (completed or expected in 2025/2026, minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming or familiarity with JavaScript/React
  • Genuine interest in both technology and the travel sector

  • Availability to attend the in-person assessment centre on 27 March 2026 in Manchester
  • Graduation in 2025 or 2026
  • Ability to begin the full-time programme in mid-September 2026
