A leading global SAP solutions consultancy is hiring ambitious graduates to join its European Graduate Programme. You’ll build real-world expertise in SAP-based enterprise systems, work with international clients, and accelerate into a permanent consulting role faster than most of your peers.

Two clear pathways.

Choose Your Path

1) Technology Pathway – Graduate IT Solutions Consultant

You’ll design, build and implement complex SAP solutions that power global organisations. This is hands-on consultancy. You’ll analyse business challenges, architect scalable solutions, and deliver measurable results.

2) Sales Pathway – Graduate Sales Executive

You’ll work with enterprise clients across Europe, identify opportunities, shape value-driven proposals, and help organisations transform through SAP technology. This is consultative sales, not cold-calling scripts.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Delivering technical consultancy to global clients
• Designing and implementing enterprise SAP solutions
• Managing projects that drive operational and commercial impact
• Collaborating with international teams across Europe
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities

You won’t be making tea. You won’t be shadowing for years. You’ll be involved early and expected to contribute.

Training & Development – Serious Investment in You

For your first phase, you’ll be based in Manchester at the European HQ.

• 4–6 months of structured, intensive training
• Ongoing professional development
• Dedicated senior mentor
• Early exposure to live client projects

Technology pathway graduates remain in Manchester for a minimum of two years to build deep expertise.

Sales pathway graduates may relocate earlier to markets such as the Netherlands, France or Italy.

This is designed to create specialists, not generalists.

After Training

You move into a permanent consulting role where you will:

• Specialise in defined SAP solution portfolios
• Deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions
• Partner with commercial teams to grow accounts
• Build globally recognised SAP expertise

Key Criteria

Academic Background

• Minimum 2:1 degree (or international equivalent, 60%+)
• Relevant disciplines: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Business, Economics or similar analytical fields

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Clear, confident communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Commercial awareness or technical curiosity

Languages

• Technology pathway: second European language highly desirable
• Sales pathway: second language essential
• (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Korean, Arabic or Thai)
