Company Description GradVox is a video-first job matching platform that connects graduates across the UK and Ireland with employers seeking early-career talent. Employers review these authentic videos directly and shortlist candidates without relying on automated algorithms. This approach supports fairer access to opportunities and more human hiring decisions. GradVox aims to make the graduate recruitment process faster, more transparent, and more engaging for both candidates and employers.
