  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and align data models with business needs
  • Build and document data models, schemas, and integration workflows
  • Implement monitoring and testing frameworks for data pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and performance issues
  • Contribute to long-term data strategy, including governance, analytics enablement, and scalable architecture
  • Manage costs in line with budgets and appraise ROI

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong SQL and database management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and NetSuite ERP is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools such as SSIS, Talend, dbt, or equivalent
  • Programming skills in Python, R, or similar for data ingestion and automation
  • Hands-on experience integrating data from digital platforms (Big Query, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, social media APIs)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of retail and omni-channel environments is advantageous

What We Offer You

  • Competitive salary, up to £55,166, with bonus potential of up to 10%
  • Opportunities to work on impactful, global data projects
  • A collaborative, innovative team environment that values your expertise
  • Continuous development and learning opportunities
