Job Summary As a Technical Project Manager, you will bridge the technical and management domains, supporting the development and execution of critical programs across the full product lifecycle—from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. You will work closely with development managers, engineers, program and project managers, and multi-functional teams across systems, software, operations, and product to ensure the flawless delivery of our projects. - Assist Program Management and Technical Engineering Leads across all project activities from investigation to release
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule based on product specifications
- Oversee planning stages, including defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project and Jira
- Monitor progress, update schedules, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders
- Manage budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders
- Produce program reports and support project governance
- Identify and mitigate risks around cost, schedule, and scope
- Follow PLM processes, including creating checklists, setting up reviews, and ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables
- BSc or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a technical management role within multi-functional teams
- Experience working in global environments with international partners
- Ability to think clearly and deliver in high-demand situations
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience collaborating with remote teams across disciplines and countries
- Understanding of AI system-level platforms and component interactions
- Knowledge of tools including Office365, Jira, and web-based collaboration platforms like Confluence
