The Role
We're looking for a Relationship Manager who can nurture and grow client partnerships, ensuring high‐quality service and supporting AUM growth across the platform.
What you'll do:
- Oversight of BAU activity and support queries
- Monitor service performance and SLAs
- Produce MI reports for executive review
- Conduct quarterly service reviews
- Build strong relationships across client teams
- Identify and pursue commercial opportunities
- Support client projects & training
- Act as the voice of the client internally
- Collaborate with Operations, Change, Tech and Leadership

How we work
We operate a hybrid model with all team members spending at least three days a week in our Edinburgh office for collaboration and problem‐solving.
