The Team & How You’ll Work

You’ll collaborate closely with senior technical leadership and work alongside Product, Design, and AI specialists in a highly cross-functional environment.

• ~80% hands-on development, ~20% architecture and system design
• Agile setup with 2-week sprints, standups, and retrospectives
• Strong engineering culture with dedicated time for technical debt

What You’ll Do

• Design and build AI-powered systems to solve complex problems
• Ensure privacy and security are embedded at every level
• Deliver scalable, maintainable, high-quality software
• Explore and implement new AI tools, frameworks, and models

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in Python
• Experience building and deploying applications in production cloud environments
• Solid system design skills (scalability, security, performance)
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven applications (e.g. LLMs, agents)
• Ability to balance speed with long-term code quality

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems
• Exposure to enterprise compliance frameworks
