We are working with fast-growing, post-revenue AI startup is building an end-to-end operating system to help enterprises manage and resolve complex B2B issues,

Backed by a top-tier European venture fund, the company is seeing strong demand from large global organisations and operates in a huge, under-served market. This is an early opportunity to have real influence on both product and technical direction.

The Role

Design and build AI agents to solve complex enterprise problems, including information extraction, summarisation, and decision support.

Build and run production-grade Python systems in cloud environments, with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability.

Prioritise privacy, security and data protection at every layer of the stack.

Take ownership of technical quality — setting standards, improving architecture, and keeping technical debt under control.

Stay close to the cutting edge by exploring new models, frameworks and approaches as the space evolves.

How You’ll Work

Report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely with product, design, and AI leadership.

Roughly 80% hands-on delivery, 20% architecture and technical design.

Work in a continuous delivery environment with space built in for refactoring and long-term improvements.

Remote-first role with UK working hours.

What We’re Looking For

Deep expertise in Python, with hands-on experience running systems in production.

Strong experience building AI-powered applications using tools such as OpenAI or Anthropic.

Confidence designing secure, scalable, high-performance systems, especially for B2B use cases.

Good engineering judgement — able to move quickly without sacrificing long-term maintainability.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of complex problems.

Nice to Have

AWS serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

Experience building AI agents with LangGraph or similar agent frameworks.

Exposure to enterprise compliance or governance requirements (ISO, SOC2, etc.).
