Backend Engineer (Lead & Senior)
Role: x1 Lead Backend Engineer & x1 Senior Full Stack / Backend Engineer
Salary: Senior - up to 105k | Lead - up to 125k
Location: East/Central London (x4 days per week onsite)
Tech stack includes: NodeJS, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, AWS, GitHub Actions, Pulumi.
Current team size: x2 Engineers (plan is to grow to 4 in total)

Essentials:
- 5+ years backend experience - Typescript/Node preferred but not essential.
- STEM background
- Experience working in start ups, scale ups, or small teams / fast paced environments.
Additionally for Lead role:
- Tech Lead on multiple projects
