Founding / Principal Engineer
Role: Founding / Principal Engineer (1st tech hire)
Salary range: up to 100k + 2% equity
Location: Central London (x1 day per week onsite)
We're working with an early stage AI automation startup, VC backed and have paying customers!
- First engineering hire working directly with founders
- Take ownership of scaling the platform
- Highly hands-on, zero-to-one role with broad ownership
Essentials for this role:
- Experience with LLMs & AI Models
- Strong Full Stack / Backend experience (open to different languages - they use Typescript & PHP)
- High agency / ownership on products you've built.
Bonus:
- PHP / Laravel experience
- Been a founder or have early stage startup experience
