Job Title: Data Engineering Lead

Location: London / Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Salary: up to £110,000 DOE

Gravitas is working with a London-based Investment Management company, which is looking to expand its Technology & Data team.

The Data Engineering Lead will be responsible for building secure, reliable, and innovative solutions that underpin the company's strategic ambitions and will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a modern data platform based on Microsoft Fabric.

This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who is looking to progress in a collaborative environment, offering the opportunity to influence architecture, establish best practices, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions aligned with financial services regulations.

You will need:

Technical Expertise

• Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Pipelines).
• Data modelling (dimensional, semantic, Lakehouse patterns).
• ETL/ELT design and orchestration.
• SQL, T-SQL, Python, PySpark.
• Power BI (DAX, semantic models).
• Azure DevOps, Git-based deployment, automated testing.

Salary- up to £110,000

Hybrid working- 4 days on site in London
