Lead Engineer

Role: Engineering Lead (Full stack - back lean preferred)

Salary range: 100-150k

Location: Central East London (x3 days per week onsite - Tues/Wed/Thurs)

Tech stack includes: React, Angular, Typescript, NodeJS, NestJS, GCP, Python, PostgreSQL

Current team size: x2 Engineers, x1 Data Scientist & x1 ML Engineer

We're working with a SaaS startup company that helps brands actually see what's working when they partner with creators, trusted by the world's top agencies and empowering fearless growth for 250+ global brands, they provide real-time insights on what's working and how to improve.

Reporting into the CEO, they're looking for a product minded Engineering Lead that isn't afraid to challenge decisions & provides strong conviction with what the team is building. 50% hands on coding to start & managing a team of 4 people.

Essentials for this role:

• Early stage startup experience e.g. founder engineer, ex founder or part of the journey early on.
• Strong full stack Typescript experience - backend leaning.
• At least a few years managing a team.

Bonus:

• Adtech / Martech experience
• Hands on experience with Data & ML
