I’m partnering with a well-funded, rapidly scaling fintech platform looking to hire a Lead Product Manager.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping core customer products and propositions across the full app experience - from onboarding and financial goal-setting through to launching innovative propositions that support long-term financial outcomes.

Key focus areas:

• Driving the Core Product roadmap aligned to acquisition, retention & LTV
• Leading solution design from ideation through to launch
• Owning delivery across compliance, payments & customer experience initiatives
• Building and scaling propositions that support long-term financial goals
• Mentoring PMs and contributing to strong product practice

Looking for:

• Proven experience delivering high-complexity, cross-team initiatives
• Strong product strategy & discovery background
• Experience working in regulated / high-compliance environments
• Excellent stakeholder management (incl. senior leadership)
• Fintech / banking / payments experience a plus
