Lead Product Manager

Lead Product Manager - London - £100k per annum + considerable performance bonus

Lead product manager is required to join an innovation studio working across a number of consumer apps designed to improve human lives. The company operate 3 revenue generating mobile apps and are looking to launch more with the introduction of this role and a shared tech and design framework.

The company are looking for a product leader to own and drive the product strategy across the portfolio of apps with a real focus on product management and growth strategy. There is a real focus on growth strategy and so much so that they are offering performance related bonus which will include a share of the profits generated from the growth of the portfolio and the revenue generated (bonus can be six figures)

They are looking for someone who has worked on consumer focused apps that have a focus around retention and conversion and also someone who has worked on AI initiatives. The position requires 3 days a week in the London to work in close conjunction with the technology and marketing team and can pay up to £100,000 per annum (may be some flex) with the performance related bonus and a share of the profits generated.

Skills and requirements:

• Own the product roadmap and strategy across a group of consumer apps
• Drive growth and revenue across the current live apps whilst setting the roadmap for all new launches
• Partner with engineering, design and marketing to deliver fast builds and ensure success
• Have previous experience on AI initiatives and know how to use AI to improve user experience
• Previous experience working on consumer focused mobile apps with a subscription/retention model
• Previous experience in product management roles with a focus on growth
