You’ll play a key role in designing, building and evolving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, taking ownership from initial requirements through to delivery and ongoing improvement.
The Role
- Own features end-to-end – from requirements gathering through to technical design, build and release
- Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear specifications and user stories
- Design and build solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), and Power Automate
- Develop custom functionality using C# plugins and JavaScript where needed
- Produce clear technical documentation, including solution designs and data models
- Support integrations with external systems and APIs
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to improving ways of working, including the use of AI tools to enhance delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (customisation, configuration, business process flows)
- Strong experience with Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate (cloud flows and integrations)
- Experience writing code in C# and JavaScript within a D365 environment
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Desirable
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tooling
- Exposure to financial or professional services environments
- Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve delivery and productivity
Why Apply?
- Opportunity to take full ownership of features, rather than just build-to-spec
- Collaborative, growing team with exposure to modern tooling and practices
- Strong focus on solution design, stakeholder engagement, and quality delivery
- Hybrid working with a Cardiff-based office
