Power Platform Developer (D365) - London

D365 Developer / Low-Code Engineer

London (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office)

Up to £60,000 + bonus

Permanent

A growing investment organisation is looking to hire a D365 Developer / Low-Code Engineer to join its Digital Solutions team. This is a feature ownership role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders while delivering end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft stack.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building and evolving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, taking ownership from initial requirements through to delivery and ongoing improvement.

The Role

  • Own features end-to-end – from requirements gathering through to technical design, build and release
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear specifications and user stories
  • Design and build solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), and Power Automate
  • Develop custom functionality using C# plugins and JavaScript where needed
  • Produce clear technical documentation, including solution designs and data models
  • Support integrations with external systems and APIs
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Contribute to improving ways of working, including the use of AI tools to enhance delivery

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (customisation, configuration, business process flows)
  • Strong experience with Power Platform, including:
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate (cloud flows and integrations)
  • Experience writing code in C# and JavaScript within a D365 environment
  • Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Desirable

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tooling
  • Exposure to financial or professional services environments
  • Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve delivery and productivity

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to take full ownership of features, rather than just build-to-spec
  • Collaborative, growing team with exposure to modern tooling and practices
  • Strong focus on solution design, stakeholder engagement, and quality delivery
  • Hybrid working with a Cardiff-based office

Applications are being reviewed immediately. If you're interested, please apply now to be considered.
