🚀 Sales Lead / Senior Sales Consultant
📍 London - Remote working but travel and commuting to London expected in this role.
💰 £60k–£80k base + uncapped commission
We’re looking for a high-performing, consultative sales professional to join a fast-growing technology consulting business and take ownership of building and scaling their sales function.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond a typical sales role and have real influence on go-to-market strategy, growth, and direction.
💼 The Role
- Own a £1M+ new business target in year one
- Generate and close new logo opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Lead consultative sales cycles with senior stakeholders
- Play a key role in shaping sales strategy and positioning
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in B2B consultative sales
- Experience with M&A.
- Experience in technology / consulting / digital transformation environments
- Proven ability to win and close new business
- Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, ownership mentality
- Experience with CRM or ERP solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
💰 Package
- £60k–£80k base salary
- 4–6% commission (uncapped)
- Accelerators for overperformance
- Additional earning potential on account growth
- Deal sizes range from advisory work through to £1M+ programmes
