As part of this growth, theyre now looking for a skilled Backend .NET Developer to join their agile digital team.

This is a hands-on role with real ownershipdesigning and building backend systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and shaping the technical roadmap across a suite of integrated platforms.

Ideal Experience

• Strong knowledge of .NET Core and C# (including LINQ, JSON, IoC)
• Experience with Azure PaaS: Function Apps, Blob/Table Storage, Service Bus, Azure Search, API Management
• Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture, APIs, Webhooks, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make)
• Familiarity with cloud tools like HubSpot, Stripe, SendGrid, Auth0
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment using Wikis and Work Items
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Exposure to React.js, Next.js, and native mobile technologies (iOS/Android)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend solutions across multiple digital products
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical logic
• Lead technical sessions and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Monitor emerging technologies and update the technical roadmap
• Manage technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability
• Support integrations and ensure performance, scalability, and security
• Document processes and contribute to backlog grooming
• Work hands-on with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions
