Staff Software Engineer
Staff software engineer – London – Up to £160,000 per annum
Staff software engineer is required to join one of London’s most exciting scale ups. This company have been listed in numerous lists containing the UKs and Europe’s top startups and are in an incredibly exciting stage of growth. Having raised £75 million across series A and B funding they continuing to expand their engineering department. Some of the smartest engineer in London work at this company and they are looking for a number of Staff engineers to join the ranks. The companies tech stack centers around full stack JavaScript with a focus on the backend using NodeJs and Typescript.
The company operate a hybrid working possible with 3 days a week required in their London office. The position can pay up to £160,000 per annum (DOE) and offers highly competitive share options as well.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience across Typescript and strong engineering practices
- Strong experience across AWS and serverless technologies
- Previous experience in a fast paced startup or scaleup that has gone through series funding is desirable but not essential
- Be someone who is genuinely passionate
- Ability to take ownership and autonomy and be responsible for business critical projects
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to deal with and own complex problems
- Be able to work in an incredibly fast paced environment that is constantly changing
