Technical Lead

About the role

We're looking for a Tech Lead to join one of our client’s growing engineering team of 10. This is a tech lead role, you'll be designing and delivering across our entire stack (frontend, backend, APIs, and database models) while leading a team of like minded engineers looking to make some serious impact.

What you'll be doing

• Taking ownership of end-to-end feature delivery — from shaping requirements to deployment and monitoring
• Designing technical solutions across the full stack: frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data models
• Working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship meaningful user-facing features
• Defining and championing engineering best practices across frontend and backend development
• Contributing to technical architecture decisions as the platform and user base grows
• Leading code reviews, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
• Helping continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working

Tech: React, Typescript, Node, AWS

Setup: UK Remote, optional office days

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000
