Technical Product Manager (AI Enablement)

London (Hybrid, 2 days/week)

The Role

Join an AI Enablement team driving safe, scalable adoption of AI-native tools and agentic workflows across product and engineering. You'll shape how teams adopt AI responsibly — building the platforms, frameworks and practices that make it stick.

What You'll Do

• Act as the internal voice of engineering, product and security teams, surfacing AI needs and friction points
• Shape AI platform strategy with technology leadership — covering AI-assisted code review, test generation, documentation and internal AI agents
• Own and deliver the AI enablement roadmap, balancing user needs with governance
• Partner with security, compliance and architecture to keep AI adoption safe and scalable
• Build playbooks and training to drive adoption, and report on impact to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing technical products (developer tools, ML/AI systems, automation platforms)
• Strong grasp of the SDLC, DevOps/SRE practices and engineering delivery
• Ability to translate technical opportunities into business value
• Strong stakeholder alignment skills; comfortable balancing speed with governance
